Flora, John

John W. Flora has practiced tax and business law in Harrisonburg since completing his undergrad and law school education at the College of William and Mary in 1981.  He is a shareholder  of Lenhart Obenshain PC and has represented the McBride family for about 20 years and Highland New Wind Development LLC since its inception in 2002.
