Wind Working Group
VWEC is Virginia’s Wind Working Group, established in 2002 according to the Department of Energy’s Wind Powering America Program. VWEC specializes in ordinance writing and answering inquiries. Take a look at the Department of Energy’s short report about wind energy ordinances for a quick overview of how ordinances are typically established.
